The Science
Real results start with real science.
At BioFollix, every ingredient in our formula is chosen based on research — not marketing trends.
Our serum targets the root cause of male hair loss: DHT buildup and follicle inflammation. By combining Multi-Peptides, Saw Palmetto, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Baicalin, we’ve created a synergistic formula that helps block DHT, improve circulation, and support healthy follicle regeneration.
Because when science meets nature, confidence grows back naturally.

Ingredient listing
Peptides and Growth Factors
- Ingredients like sh-Polypeptide-1 (IGF-1), sh-Polypeptide-9 (KGF), sh-Oligopeptide-10 (aFGF), and sh-Oligopeptide-2 are synthetic versions of human growth factors and peptides increasingly studied for topical hair growth effects.
- These peptides have shown in some clinical settings to stimulate hair follicle activity, extend the growth (anagen) phase, and improve density and thickness.
Key Amino Acids and Nutrients
- Arginine is a primary building block for hair keratin and can promote scalp blood flow and provide hydration via its film-forming properties.
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E) functions as an antioxidant, protecting hair follicles from oxidative stress, which is beneficial for overall hair quality.
- Lecithin is an emollient and may aid barrier function.
Plant Extracts (Saw Palmetto, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Scutellaria)
- Saw Palmetto Extract can block 5-alpha reductase, lowering DHT, a well-known trigger for pattern hair loss.
- Rosemary Extract is documented to enhance scalp circulation, reduce inflammation, and create an ideal environment for hair growth.
- Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, along with Soybean and Wheat Germ extracts, forms the Baicapil blend, tested for its ability to boost the anagen/telogen (growth/rest) hair ratio and reduce hair loss (mostly manufacturer-funded studies).
Glycerin, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, Xanthan Gum
- Glycerin provides hydration and supports scalp barrier health, essential for preventing hair breakage and maintaining hair texture, but evidence for directly stimulating hair growth is insufficient.
- Citric Acid and Lactic Acid regulate scalp pH and exfoliate, which may indirectly support follicle health but do not directly stimulate growth.
- Xanthan Gum is used primarily as a formulation stabilizer.
Safety and Supportive Ingredients
- Sodium Benzoate, Gluconolactone, Calcium Gluconate, Potassium Sorbate, Propanediol: These are generally used as preservatives or solvents, playing little to no direct role in promoting hair growth.
- Water: Vehicle and hydrator, not a stimulant for growth.
