Once an order is placed at checkout, it normally takes within 24 hours for the order to be processed and fulfilled. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase with your order summary and reference number.
A shipping confirmation email will follow once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details to monitor your delivery.

All orders made on the official BioFollix website are fulfilled and distributed from within the United States.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from the day the product was received.
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be in resalable condition.
Products that have been opened and/or used are not eligible for return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@biofollix.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returned packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by BioFollix. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after returned items have been received and inspected by BioFollix.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement (sometimes up to 14 depending on your payment provider).
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at info@biofollix.com with your order number.
At this time, BioFollix does not offer direct exchanges or store credit. If you wish to replace an item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
Wrong product received?
If you were sent the wrong product by mistake, please email us at info@biofollix.com with your order number, and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective, it is eligible for a replacement. Please contact Customer Care at info@biofollix.com and include photos of the damaged item to speed up resolution.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from the official BioFollix website. If purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return and exchange policies.
